we finally saw the elephants!! yay! we went to the zoo after church yesterday and had a great time. it was nice to just be the 3 of us together. we ate lunch at the new trails of africa cafe and watched the elephant walk around as we ate.
johnny and jack watching the elephant...the zookeeper came by when we were standing there and called out the elephants name and threw a cantaloupe in to him. we couldn't tell exactly what his name was but jack calls him "miswabi"

the zoo has so many real animals yet jack wanted to stand here and look at the pictures of animals!!

as we were walking away the zookeepers were coming to feed it. i was WAY too hot to stay and watch! it's only march and i am already hot....this summer is going to be rough!!
