we went to the botanical gardens with andrea and clara on saturday. it was absolutely beautiful outside. we love the botanical gardens because it is FREE! the kids had a lot of fun together and for the most part were very sweet. jack got really tired toward the end and didn't want to obey his momma and daddy though!
saturday afternoon we met my cousin amy and her youngest boy, levi at the mcwane center. levi had a cub scout sleepover at the mcwane center. it was really good to catch up with amy and see levi. jack of course loved it there, but was starting to loose his voice by the end of the day. by saturday night both jack and i had a cold :( we both still have it and it's a doozy! we have runny noses, watery eyes, sneezing, and coughing. i think this is the worst cold that jack has ever had. i actually had to rock him to sleep last night because he just couldn't breath when he laid down and it was freaking him out. hopefully we will get over this fast!

not sure what they were doing here, but they really liked it. i am sure clara was making a really big rock family and i guess jack was joining along.

johnny is making sure jack doesn't slip into the pond and jack is throwing small rocks into the pond...i know the ground keepers hate us!
