we skyped with mary, darryl, and molly to let them see jack open his birthday gifts (he got 4 books that have "jack" in the title and a book about being 4! such a fun gift for a boy who LOVES books!
last sunday we went over to thuy (another pathology resident) and eric's house to meet their new baby, natalie. she was so precious! it did make me realize that we need to wait a little bit longer before we have a baby...i don't know how people do it when their babies are so close in age. i don't think i could handle having a baby and charlie! (and jack...although i think jack would actually be a big help right now)
jack loves for charlie to lay with him...charlie doesn't like to lay for very long
my parents got jack a super hero costume! he was so excited when he opened it. he had to put it on right away and then run through the house!
and he had to take off his shirt for some reason :) he calls the arm cuffs his muscles and insists on putting them on his muscles instead of his wrists.
(one of his favorite things about the cape is the green lighting bolt)
