charlie had his 9 month check up yesterday. he did really well and the doctor said that he looked great and happy. he asked if he was crawling (check), pulling up (only the hearth), eating well (check), sleeping well (not so much). he said "well you know what to do about that, right?" and i said yes but i just can't do it!! we tried and we failed!! i am really fine...i mean of course i would LOVE to sleep more than a 3 hour stretch, but i am happy because i know charlie is happy!
i have stopped feeding him at the 11:00 wake up call because i know that he just ate really well at 8:00 and ate baby food right before that. so i give him his pacie and go back to bed (usually). the past 2 nights he has cried even with the pacie in his mouth for 5-10 minutes. usually he is up at 1:00 for a feeding and then 5:00. then up for the day around 7:30 or 8:00.
i need to make a "day in the life" post like i did for jack. maybe i will do that next week and take pictures throughout our day.
but i am happy that charlie looked great and is growing well!
