my parents came this weekend and we had so much fun! for some reason jack wants to call my dad "poppy" instead of papa. oh well. that's what happens..kids call grandparents whatever they want to call them. like my brother couldn't say grandmother...instead "namer" came out and that's what stuck!! so papa might be poppy!
we played around the house saturday morning while my dad and johnny installed the new vanity in the hall bathroom. then after jack's nap we went to the zoo! that night we made shrimp and grits after jack went to bed. sunday morning we made eggs benedict and played in the backyard. it was a great visit and jack got to show them all his toys at his house.

jack trying to feed the squirrel monkey. if you hold a cheese puff or some type of food up to the glass the squirrel monkey will come up to you and try to get it. i do this everytime we go to the zoo and i guess jack has picked up on it!!
