11 months

 i know this picture is not the best but it shows his cute tooth

 charlie loves to pet pete...as you can see pete isn't so sure! haha

 i have had to use the babygate a few times lately...he is obsessed with pete's bowls so it makes doing the dishes really hard because i am constantly having to go stop him from eating his food or splashing in his water

charlie is 11 months old as of yesterday. i can't believe that in one short month he will be ONE!! this year has flown by!

about charlie at 11 months:

* has 1 tooth (getting another)

* is gaining more confidence when standing (will hold on with one hand)

* can pull up on furniture super fast now

* still nurses 2-3 times a night, but went over 7 hours 2 nights ago 

* nurses 6-7 times in a 24 hour period (went on a nursing strike for a few days and went 12 whole hours without nursing...he is over the strike now!)

* eats about 6-7 jars of baby food a day

* loves to eat gerber puffs (still gags on them every now and then)

* not a huge fan of solid food other than puffs...has tried strawberries, peaches, bread, carrot

* loves pete

* still army man crawls, but has started to crawl the regular more often, but decides it is too slow and goes back to being an army man!

* whines almost every time jack hugs him...sad, but true...jack is so sweet and wants to hug him all day, but it makes charlie mad because he can't do what he wants or move around. 

* still takes 2 naps a day (he is awake for about 2 hours in the morning and then naps for about 1.5 or 2 hours. then he is awake for about 3 hours and then naps for about 1.5 hours. then he is awake for about 4 hours and then it is bedtime)

* can wave

* says "uh oh" and "mama". has said "da da" but not very often.
