kids gym

we switched to kids gym from gymboree class. it is a lot closer to our house and a good bit cheaper :) he seems to like it but doesn't want to try some of the things the teacher sets up for the kids to do. it is a baby gymnastics class so she lets them hang on the rings, the bar, walk on the low balance beam, stretch during circle time, do back roll overs, and much more. he did what she set up the first week, but now he is scared. he also has been really shy lately with strangers. this is a new thing. when they say hey he hides his face. it is funny! so maybe once he gets used to her and has been going there a while he will trust her. he is one of the youngest ones in the class. the older kids will try the stuff so maybe he just has to be older to do them. we'll see!

jack loves this toy! the people that lived here before us had one in the backyard. we should have asked them to leave it in the offer for the house!

maybe we should rethink the gym class....jack is getting a little too daring!
