we still need to do last minute furniture arranging and some picture hanging before i take a picture of his whole room, but i just wanted to show some little things we have done to make him have a cute big boy room to make him feel special! although he just really doesn't do well with change! like everytime some one says oh jack is this charlie's bed and he will say "no that's my brown bed and the white bed is charlie's" (jack's old crib is brown and his new big boy bed is white). but he is coming to terms with the fact that it will be charlie's because the other day he said "i will share my brown bed with charlie"
the other night we moved a toy shelf we bought from ikea that we sat up by his window. anyway, jack does not do well with change (just like his momma) and when i put him to bed he said "move that back over there" i just said no buddy it looks better here and left it as that. he never said another word about it...thank goodness! because when we moved our couches to jimmy's house he cried and when we moved his changing table out of his room and chair he cried! poor buddy! atleast we are doing this ahead of time and not after charlie is here because i think he would hate charlie and think that he did it!
he has been sweet about charlie lately. he has been saying "when is charlie coming?" and even kissing my tummy and saying "i gave charlie a kiss". sweet boy! he says "i am going to teach charlie to play with..." i hope he does!!

these are the paintings that hurt my knee!!! well they didn't do it but after i was done painting them when i got up that is when i couldn't straighten it :( i think they turned out well. they are totally different than i was going to do, but i like it this way!

we decided that the giraffe and zebra paintings that were in jack's room looked pretty good in charlie's room...the colors go.

i was amazed when i opened the newborn diapers and compared them to jack's. i can't believe we are going to have a baby that can wear those tiny things!
we are set for 2 diaper wearing kiddos!
