although he has seen imax movies i consider cars 2 his first real movie. i have been so excited to bring him to see it. whenever he sees the state farm commercial with the new cars characters on it he gets really excited and makes us rewind it over and over and over! what did people do before dvr?? this morning we woke up and asked jack if he would like to go see the new cars movie and he was super excited!
he did pretty good. he was so excited during the previews...he had his fingers in his mouth and smiling the whole time.
he got a little restless throughout the movie, but luckily we brought his pacie (which is a no no except at nap time and bedtime, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do!!
jack even told us that he had to go tee tee. so johnny brought him and sure enough his diaper was dry and he went a ton in the potty. he has been telling us when we are at restaurants and out where ever. we are so proud of him!!
after the movie we asked him what his favorite part of the movie was and he said when professor pushed the red button. also, when mater stuck his tongue under the waterfall. his other favorite was when they "tractor tipped" the big dumptruck. then of course he had to ask us what our favorite part was (over and over)!
it was a great morning!! my feet although thought very differently...they are so swollen from sitting for 2 hours at the theater. that is the price i will pay to let my little buddy have a fun morning!
